Buses run from Busan's Seobu (west) terminal at Sasang Station (사상역, Line 2) — about an hour in normal traffic, longer at festival peak, for a few thousand won each way (well under ₩10,000, ~$7, return; buy the return leg on arrival). During the festival, queues form for buses back in late afternoon — build in slack or leave by 15:00.
Beds. Don't chase a Jinhae hotel: the town's stock is small and goes months out. The play is to sleep in Busan and day-trip in — but note that blossom week strains Busan beds too, so book those months ahead as well. Blossom-season tours with transport solved sell out earliest of all.
Money and food. Festival stalls are cash country — street food runs ₩1,000–4,000 (~$0.70–2.80) a piece, and the usual card caveats apply double at temporary stalls.
